International residencies and creative projects provide opportunities to engage with diverse cultures, as well as new design challenges, ways of thinking, and tools.
Working within an international community of creators fosters creativity and the confidence to experiment – helping me grow as a designer and strengthening my professional portfolio.

These experiences are very valuable to me – they inspire me to think and create more boldly.






01. ADC*E Barcelona, Spain, 2025In 2025 from November 18–21, I had the opportunity to participate as a Greatness Challenge representative from Lithuania in the ADC*E jury as a Junior Judge in the design category in Barcelona, Spain.

02. ADC*LT Vilnius, Lithuania,2025
The beginning of September was very productive — I had the opportunity to participate as a junior member of the design jury and observe the behind-the-scenes of the ADC*LT competition.

During this residency, design professionals explored the theme of International Design Day – Outlandish Optimism. Throughout the residency, 4–6 emerging designers had the opportunity to work alongside them and gain valuable insights.

04. Milano Summer School 
I had the opportunity to participate in the DESIG*ness Summer School in Milan at NABA (Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti), from September 2–6, 2024.
The NABA community welcomed us warmly and provided all the tools and knowledge needed to complete our workshop task — to create a prototype that interacts with the environment and enables non-verbal communication, followed by a performance demonstrating how the device is used.

05. Janinos Cininas Graphics workshop, 2024
Jazmina Cininas is a Lithuanian-Australian artist and printmaker who teaches at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. From March 19 to May 10, 2024, she led a two-month printmaking workshop at the Vilnius Faculty of the Vilnius Academy of Arts in Lithuania.

During this four-day workshop, we explored creative approaches related to the concept of time. We reflected on the 2020
COVID-19 lockdown and considered how our perception of time has changed — what time meant then and what it means now.
